1 Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing 8888php, creating an account, or using any feature of the platform — including browsing game categories, viewing promotions, or placing any bet — you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy.

These terms form the complete agreement between you and 8888php in relation to your use of the platform. They apply at all times and supersede any prior understanding, whether written or verbal.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Your username and password must not be shared with or disclosed to any other person. All activity that occurs under your account — whether or not you personally initiated it — is your responsibility.

8888php uses OTP (one-time password) verification and SSL encryption to protect your account and transactions. You should notify 8888php immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation. 8888php will never ask for your full password through email or chat. If you receive a request of this kind, do not respond and report it to support.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on 8888php are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Supported payment channels include Philippine bank transfer, online and mobile banking, and local e-wallets. The available channels at the time of your transaction are displayed in your account dashboard.

Deposits are credited to your PHP account balance once confirmed by the payment provider. 8888php is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider, bank processing times, or connectivity issues outside the platform's control.

Withdrawals require completed KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification before they can be processed. KYC involves submitting a valid Philippine government-issued ID for review. Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment account held in the name of the verified account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts, as well as processing timelines, are displayed in the Withdrawal section of the platform and may be updated from time to time.

5 Gaming and Betting Rules

All games available on 8888php — slots, live casino, sports betting, and eBingo — are for entertainment purposes. No outcome on any game is guaranteed. Past results do not predict future outcomes in any game category.

Slots use certified random number generation (RNG) for all outcomes. Live casino results are determined by physical dealer actions in real time. Sports betting outcomes depend on the result of the relevant sporting event. eBingo results are determined by the order in which numbers are drawn during each session.

8888php reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical error, system fault, or human error has resulted in an incorrect result or payout being displayed. 6 Bonuses and Promotions

All promotions at 8888php are opt-in only. The full terms for each promotion — including minimum qualifying deposit or bet, wagering requirement, eligible games, bonus expiry, and any maximum cashout limit — are displayed on the promotion detail page before you opt in.

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable. Attempting to withdraw before completing a wagering requirement will result in the forfeiture of any remaining bonus balance and any winnings derived from it. Your real money balance is unaffected unless it was used as part of the qualifying action.

8888php reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted into a promotion and completed the qualifying action will be allowed to complete the applicable wagering requirement under the original terms unless prohibited by technical or compliance reasons.

Promotions are available to eligible accounts only. Any account found to be misusing promotions — including through the use of multiple accounts, bonus abuse strategies, or collusion — may have bonuses voided and the account suspended.
